With over 35 years in government contracting and regulatory compliance, Brian has led major technology commercialization efforts in chemical, biological, and radiological decontamination applications and in government contracting and regulatory compliance, Brian has led major technology commercialization efforts under federal patent licenses in the fields of hazard mitigation and decontamination. His leadership transformed Modec, Inc. into an industry leader, securing contracts with the DoD, DoE, hospitals, fire departments, EMS agencies, and the U.S. Secret Service. Recognized by the Federal Lab Consortium and the Defense General Supply Agency for his contributions, Brian has also managed high-security projects in nuclear storage, manufacturing, and military supply.

Mr. Lara is responsible for overseeing corporate communications, strategic marketing initiatives, and stakeholder engagement, He is responsible for overseeing corporate communications, strategic marketing initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. He is instrumental in developing and deploying product strategies. An Army combat veteran with over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, including seven years of distinguished service with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in the Gang Intelligence Division. Throughout his career, Mr. Lara has developed extensive expertise in criminal investigations, intelligence gathering, and public safety operations. Mr. Lara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University
